Local tax: EUR 4,40 per person from 15 years, per night.
Additional costs for a short stay up to 3 nights: EUR 55,-

Payment

Bookings are only secure after a deposit (€ 250,-) has been received. 
Outstanding amount can be transfered up to 7 days before arrival or cash on arrival.

Cancellation of contract

Our booking terms and conditions:

  • If cancelled 3 months to one month before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.
  • If cancelled one month to one week before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.
  • If cancelled within the last week before date of arrival, 100 percent of all nights will be charged.
  • In case of late arrival or early departure we will charge the full room rate.

In all other respects the General Terms and Conditions of the Hotel Industry 2006 (AGBH 2006) apply.
